Our Real Estate Trading Authorization Certificate
The new regulation for the real estate trading in Turkey which set a new and very important condition for businesses in the real estate sector was published in the Official Gazette on 05.06.2018.
Real estate agents in Turkey need the “Real Estate Trading Authorization Certificate” to continue their work. Real estate agents without this certificate cannot longer continue their activities.
But how can you know whether the real estate agent has this certificate of authorization?
The approval of the real estate company can be queried via the state owned information system.

Please ask your real estate agent for his approval certificate number and enter it under “Yetki Belgesi Numarasi”.
Then you only need to select the city/ district where your real estate agent is located and click on the “Ara” field (which means search).
Then you receive the information if your broker has a license, his full business name, the current address, the date when the certificate was issued and if the certificate is also valid.
